The Western Trial Advocacy Institute qualifies for continuing legal education in most states. To ensure CLE credit, when you are at the Institute be sure to list all states in which you are admitted to the bar. The number of hours accredited varies slightly from state to state. For further information, contact our student directors listed on the application. Costs incurred in attending legal seminars (tuition, travel, meals, and lodging) which maintain and improve professional skill required for employment are tax deductible (Treas. Reg 1.162-5).
