Laramie is known for its mild warm afternoons in the mid-eighties under bright blue crystal clear days, often with large puffy cumulus clouds late in the afternoon and cool crisp evenings perfect for sleeping...or instead sampling the many evening establishments including infamous western bars such as the Buckhorn (see for example, Sturgis v. State, 932 P.2d 199 (Wyo. 1997 in which the word assignation is used and the Buckhorn Bar is featured))and the Cowboy bar.
